What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
As a student in Engineering, I have interacted with many of my peers and upperclassmen through different courses and other activities. I have received a lot of amazing advice from them that I hope to pass on to the incoming students. When I attended the ClarkLEAD event, I really enjoyed interacting with my ClarkLEADER and asking them questions. I hope to provide the incoming students with someone they can go to with questions and concerns.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
Balloon Payload Program, Terps Racing, Terrapin Rockets, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), Women in Aeronautics and Astronautics (WIAA)

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I enjoyed interacting with my fellow peers and learning of all the different opportunities we would have and the challenges we might face as Maryland Engineering students.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
Make friends early and in every class. There are many students who are starting fresh at Maryland just like you. Find your people! It could be in a study group, a group project, or someone you sat next to at orientation. These are the people that stay with you for the next four years and they make the experience wonderful!
