Location

The Women in Engineering office is located in 1131 Glenn L. Martin Hall, 4298 Campus Drive, #088 on a campus map.

Parking

Parking has become extremely limited and the closest lot is now Regents Drive Garage. Regents Garage is an 8-10 minute walk to our office, so please plan accordingly. If you are unable to or do not want to walk from Regent's Garage, there are a few metered spaces in Lot H, which is across the street from the Kim Engineering Building at the corner of Paint Branch and Stadium Drives. However, those meters cannot be reserved in advance.

Directions

  • You can use GPS for both Regents Garage (8056 Regents Drive) and Glenn L. Martin Hall (4298 Campus Drive).
  • Visitor parking is on the roof of Regents Garage. Try and park near spots 3518 or 3520 so that you will be near the Southeast elevator. You may only park in numbered spots or you will get a ticket and our office can no longer void tickets. You will pay for your parking at a kiosk before you leave the garage.
  • Take the elevator to the ground floor (G).
  • You should exit the garage near the corner of Regents and Field House Drives.
  • Go right on Regents Drive back toward Campus Drive.
  • Turn left on Campus Dr. There are 2 paths on Campus Dr. Take the one that is closest to the buildings. You should pass the Physics and Math buildings.
  • The main entrance to Glenn L. Martin Hall is near the black railing. Turn right to get to our suite.
  • We are in suite 1131 (double glass doors).
  • Bad Weather: If it is raining, too cold, or too hot; you can cut through classroom buildings for almost the entire walk from Regents Garage to Martin Hall. Detailed directions can be found here. If you get lost and ask someone for directions, be sure to specify that you're looking for Martin Hall, which is on Campus Drive near the front entrance to the University. Or call us at (301) 405-3283.

You must pay for parking before you leave the roof since there are no kiosks on the lower levels.
