Pre-College Programs

CMSE Pre-College Programs are a part of the Clark School of Engineering's suite of pre-college recruitment programs. These programs are used to encourage participants to apply to the University of Maryland, and if admitted, to enroll in one of nine engineering majors.

Pre-College Programs

Bridge Program for Scientist & Engineers

The Bridge Program provides first-year engineering students with academic support, professional development, and a strong sense of community. Throughout the academic year, participants engage with campus resources, mentoring, and skill-building opportunities designed to support their success. The program is open to all UMD students pursuing engineering, including Clark School and Letters & Sciences students.
