Advising Appointments: Individual Meetings & Group Advising Sessions

Our advising team is available to meet with students throughout the study abroad process: as you explore programs of interest, complete an application, and prepare for your departure. However,  there are two steps to the advising process:

Attend a engineering group advising session with Katherine to learn more about the best time to go abroad, available programs where you can complete degree requirements, and other academic-specific considerations. All ENGR majors are eligible to join - we will provide information related to the area of study for all students in attendance.

All sessions take place via Zoom. 

Katherine also offers a variety of walk-in advising hours where you can stop by and chat through your course plan, programs of interest, or any other questions you might have.

All ENGR and Non-ENGR students planning to apply to Clark in Madrid, ENGR Exchange: Comillas, or ENGR Exchange: UC3M should attend these sessions.

Attend a Madrid group advising session to learn about logistics such as academics, housing, cost, dates, and included program activities. After our introductory presentation, there will be dedicated time to walk through any questions you might have or topics you're still curious about.

Step Two: Individual Advising Appointment

➡️ Once you have attended a group advising session or walk-in advising, we will share a link where you can schedule an future appointment with the relevant advisor for your program*. Don't know who to meet with? Use the chart below to find out!

ENGR students applying to programs in Madrid: if an appointment time with Katherine does not work with your availability, you can meet with Julia instead.

*If you schedule an individual appointment before attending a group advising session/walk-in hours, it will be cancelled.
