Prospective StudentsCongratulations on your admission to Maryland Engineering! We are pleased to offer opportunities for you to learn about the WIE Program and interact with current engineering students. We are eager to welcome you to our community!
Admitted StudentsThe WIE Program hosts opportunities for middle and high school students to be inspired and explore engineering. The goal of these programs is to introduce students to engineering and empower them to consider it as a potential career. Outreach programs include one-time on campus events, week-long summer programs, and even virtual engagement opportunities!
Pre-college Outreach programsThe Get Outside and Learn (GOAL) Engineering Kit Program engages middle and high school students with STEM concepts through interactive engineering kits and exposes our local communities to STEM educational pathways at the University of Maryland.
