Women in Engineering
Summer Internship Program

Summer 2025 Internship Information will be available in February 2025.

Each summer,  the Women in Engineering Program in the A James Clark School of Engineering hires interns to assist with the development and coordination of middle and high school summer programs. The summer internship program allows undergraduates who are interested in working directly with middle and high school-aged students to enhance their leadership, communication, and program planning skills while building mentoring relationships with program participants.

2024 WIE Summer Internship Program

The 2024 Summer Program interns will support the Women in Engineering Outreach initiatives between late May to early August, 2024, to include intern training, program preparation, and program support for the summer programs. The ideal candidate will be available for all of the in-person sessions.

All WIE summer programs aim to increase middle and high school student interest in engineering by providing opportunities for learning, engagement, and empowerment. WIE summer programs are geared towards women, though open to all.
