What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
My primary motivation for becoming a ClarkLEADER is to help the incoming class of first-year engineers excel in social, professional, and academic settings at UMD.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
Some organizations/extracurricular activities that new students should know about are undergraduate research opportunities, becoming a TA, and joining major-specific clubs (for example, BMES - Biomedical Engineering Society or Alpha Eta Mu Beta - National Biomedical Engineering Honors Society).

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I attended the virtual ClarkLEAD as a first-year student and I enjoyed how welcoming everyone was to all the questions that I had about the engineering program at UMD.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
One piece of advice that I would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students is to establish efficient time management.
