• A STEM Fair featuring community organizations, University of Maryland departments, and financial industry representatives providing valuable resources and pathways for students and families.
• Parent Workshops covering critical themes such as "What is STEM?", pathways to STEM careers, and financial literacy for navigating college expenses.
STEM Expo
The STEM Expo is a free event designed to inspire 3rd-12th grade students and their families, primarily African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Native American communities, to explore exciting opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Students will engage in interactive hands-on STEM activities, tours, and demonstrations, preparing them for future academic and career success.
