~ Call for AIAA Region I Young Professional, Student and Education Conference Presentations ~

One page abstracts are hereby solicited from prospective authors. Abstracts may be sent to: Dr. Marvine Hamner: mphamner@leatechllc.com .

The Student Presentation track will have a Best Presentation Award. Please share with your advisors and professors. The deadline for submitting one-page Abstracts is Sep. 21, 2007, and can be done online at the Call for Presentations website at www.aiaa-baltimore.org/YPSE-07/Call_for_Presentations.shtml .

Student registration is FREE !

Conference Date: November 2, 2007

The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Baltimore Section is organizing the AIAA Region 1 YPSE-07, to be held Friday November 2, 2007, at the Kossiakoff Center at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab in Laurel, Maryland.

Presentations by Young Professionals (aged 35 and under) and students are sought; other presentations of interest to young professionals, such as those with long experience to share, are also welcome.

The conference will include any area of engineering, science, mathematics, economics, education and law of interest to the aerospace community, particularly young professionals and students. Parallel sessions will be held for Technical Presentations; a separate track of parallel sessions will be held for Student Presentations, and will include a Best Student Presentation Award.

*Honorary Chairman: Dr. Mark J. Lewis, Chief Scientist of the U.S. Air Force

Paid registration required (authors and attendees); students free. Proceedings of the conference are not published; therefore, papers presented elsewhere, or planned to be presented elsewhere, are accepted. Abstracts, however, may be posted on the conference website. The conference sessions are unclassified and open to the public; authors whose papers are the result of sponsored research are requested to obtain clearance from their sponsors (or Organization, as appropriate). Complete papers are not required, only abstracts, at the conference.
