Achievements: 

Garrett is an experienced leader with a demonstrated success in the civil engineering industry. He currently leads CDM Smith Strategy, planning, and capture of pursuits related to engineering GIS, Construction Management, and IT in support of the Department of Homeland Security and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration averaging $90 Million annually. Before arriving at CDM Smith, he’s worked at Reston Association, Atkins, and AECOM. Garrett is certified by Leadership Fairfax Institute, certified as a Floodplain Manager by the Association of State Floodplain Managers, and certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management  Institute. He has been endorsed by his peers for in skills and knowledge in floodplain management, client engagement, and business development.
