What inspired you to become a ClarkLEADER?
I wanted to get more involved in the engineering school and in the university in general. I also remember being very intimidated at ClarkLEAD so I hope to be able to relieve the stress of incoming freshmen and answer any questions they may have.

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I enjoyed learning more about the James Clark Engineering School. ClarkLEAD made me feel very welcome and was a great start to my engineering career.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
Interact with your engineering peers! Do not be afraid to talk to people in your classes and make friends. Most freshmen also want to make friends and are just as nervous to make conversation.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you are involved with on campus?
I am in debate club and I attend the Women in Engineering events.

What is a cool engineering experience you've had?
Celebrating with my ENES100 team after our robot worked. We felt our hard work paid off and went to get a celebratory lunch afterwards.
