What inspired you to become a ClarkLEADER?
I wanted to help introduce new engineering students to the Clark School by sharing my experiences. I also wanted to meet Clark School alumni.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students? 
Take advantage of all the resources provided to you. This includes office hours, as well as any on campus tutoring sessions.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you are involved with on campus?  
I am a part of the Ethiopian and Eretrian Student Association (EESA).

What is a cool engineering experience you've had? 
I did an engineering co-op with Volvo where I learned a lot about the auto-manufacturing process. I also learned to design, manufacture, and implement my ideas. I had the opportunity to connect with a lot of brilliant minds.
