What inspired you to become a ClarkLEADER?
I was inspired to be a ClarkLEADER because I have recognized that I can't do it all myself and others can't either. It's a way to share your experiences both good and bad to help uplift all those that come after you, the way others did for me. It's a way to give back!
What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
Make time for yourself to be not-so-serious before it gets overwhelming!
What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you are involved with on campus?
I am involved with Women in Engineering (WIE) and the Office of Multi-ethnic Student Education (OMSE).
What is a cool engineering experience you've had?
Building a successful OSV in ENES100 was a thrilling journey. Despite initial doubts about our imaginative pulley wire-brush component, our team's determination prevailed, and we made it work in real life! It was so exciting to see something go from a sketch to a fully operational OSV. It was such an exciting accomplishment. #BestDataTeam!
