What inspired you to become a ClarkLEADER?
My ClarkLEADER from my first semester at UMD inspired me to become a ClarkLEADER because I was able to receive advice as a first year engineering student.

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I enjoyed talking with my group during ClarkLEAD and learning about the different clubs and organizations that interested me.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
I would highly recommend getting out of your comfort zone and trying new things! There is a lot of new activities that you can get involved with on campus.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you are involved with on campus?
I am currently in Theta Tau (a professional co-ed fraternity), the Society of Women Engineers, and part of the outreach team in the Biomedical engineering society.

What is a cool engineering experience you've had?
Through the ENES100 course, I’ve been able to get a lot of hands on experience in the woodshop lab and I have been able to learn how to 3D print cool things as well as laser cut pieces of material.
