What inspired you to become a ClarkLEADER?
I've loved my time in the A. James Clark School of Engineering so far and wanted to get more involved! I really enjoyed attending ClarkLEAD before classes started and I wanted to do my part in helping others have a great experience at the event.

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I enjoyed being able to meet so many new people and being introduced to so many of the various engineering clubs on campus. It was a really warm welcome to the school as a whole.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
Study hard; try to meet new people in your classes and make study groups! Take advantage of the helpful resources the school has to offer!

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you are involved with on campus?
I'm part of the Global Public Health Scholars program as well as Engineers without Borders.

What is a cool engineering experience you've had?
One of the best engineering experiences I've had so far is working on my team's OSV in ENES100 and watching it move for the first time. It was so fulfilling after putting so much work into it and learning new skills to construct it.
