What inspired you to become a ClarkLEADER?
My Clark leader was helpful to me and I hope I can pass that on to the next group of UMD students.

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
The information about all the student organization and clubs was cool.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
Try new things. If there is something that seems like fun just do it.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you are involved with on campus?
I’m not really in any organizations, but I have been taking advantage of some of the fun things to do around campus. I regularly go to the Rockwall, the pool, the gym, and really any activity UMD is hosting.

What is a cool engineering experience you've had?
The amount of cool equipment we have access to at UMD is crazy. I was blown away. I was exploring the Clark building and stumbled into a room, filled to the brim with millions of dollars worth of 3-D printing and laser cutting equipment. I had no idea, you could even make a laser cutter capable of cutting 1/8th inch steel but somehow we got one.
