Build a professional community around you; talk to your professors, and discover those who you admire the most to be your mentors. Don’t compare yourself to your peers; push each other to excel in your respective fields, but don’t block their road - they will be your support in years to come. Persevere always, be a fearless Terp!  “Failure is a feeling long before it becomes an actual result.” (M. Obama)
