What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
The welcoming experience I had at my ClarkLEAD event was so rewarding and welcoming, and I wanted to help incoming students feel the same way!!

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
The people in Theta Tau are so incredibly welcoming, funny, and kind!! This professional fraternity has helped me to grow as a person in terms of professional development, giving back to the community, and meeting engineers from all years!

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I enjoyed it when we were all sitting at the table and getting to know each other with the help of our ClarkLEADER (and the snacks were a lovely addition as well)!

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
Everything always works out in the end: no matter what, things align and help you learn something valuable.
