Achievements: 

After graduating with a Ph.D. at the University of Michigan, Tershia became a Coordinator for Engineering Graduate School Instructor Initiatives where she coordinated a mentor program and the Engineering Graduate Student Instructor training for new teaching assistants and graduate students instructors. She moved up to the assistant director and is now currently the Director for the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching in Engineering. She has been endorsed by her peers on her skill and knowledge in teaching, research, and program evaluation.
