Achievements:
Before working as a program manager for E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Ana first worked as an Electronics Engineer, then into Lead System Engineer, and then into a program manager position. During her time at UMD she was involved with SHPE,, Society of Women Engineers, Women in Engineering, and IEEE. She currently serves as Vice President of the Caobas Foundation, a member of the United States Hispanic Youth Entrepreneur Education Board, Sector Chair for the Employee Resource group at Northrop Grumman, Adelante. She has been endorsed by her peers for her skills in systems engineering, engineering management, and program management.
