Participating in the Order of the Engineer Ceremony is the highlight of many student's experiences at the Clark School, and attracts alumni and others who wish to reaffirm their commitment to the ethical practice of engineering. Similar to the Hippocratic Oath taken by doctors, the Oath of Oblitation reminds the engineer of his or her responsibility to society.
