Learn how to enjoy the fruits of your labor and to know when its time to focus on your mental, physical, and spiritual health. It's easy to lose yourself while pursuing your dreams. You want to be the best "you" when its time to level up in the future, and sometimes taking a step back and existing in the moment is needed in order to do that.
