What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
When I attended ClarkLead last year, I ended up learning a lot about the Clark Engineering experience, which I was able to take with me into my first year. I also met some of my now best friends at the event. I'd love to help this year's freshmen have the same wonderful ClarkLead experience!

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
My freshman fall semester, I rushed Theta Tau, a professional engineering fraternity at UMD. It's helped me out professionally in many ways already, and has also helped me find a wonderful community!

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I enjoyed having an outlet to ask any last-minute questions before my first semester officially started at UMD.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
Involve yourself in organizations around campus as much as you can in your first year! It'll help so much in finding your people, and will also help you find people to study with so that you can do your best in your engineering classes!
