What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
I wanted to be able to help first-year engineering students. I had a lot of questions coming into college and it was helpful to be able to talk to ClarkLEADERS and other staff.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
Club Sports offers any sport you can think of! Terps Raising Pups is another club that assists the Guide Dog Foundation with raising and puppy-sitting service dogs.

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I enjoyed getting to talk to other students about my schedule and the classes I was signed up for. It was helpful to hear about their experiences with those same courses and professors.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
One piece of advice I have is to go to your professor's office hours. It's helpful to review old exam problems and get your questions answered.
