What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
My goal is to warmly welcome new engineers transferring to UMD and to support their adaptation process in a way that ensures long-term success. By fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, I aim to provide them with the resources, connections, and guidance necessary to thrive both academically and professionally. This initiative will not only ease their transition but also help them build a strong foundation for their future endeavors at UMD.
