What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
I love interacting with underclassmen and freshmen who are just starting their UMD experience. Introducing people to a school that has so much to offer is rewarding, and I love hearing everyone's interests and what drew them to Clark.

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
Meeting other freshman and transfer students

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
Find and join clubs that you find interesting. Finding people who are passionate about the same topics as you is how you will gain the most rewarding friendships. Don't be nervous! I came into UMD with very little practical engineering experience, but I joined a club that taught me all of it, hands-on learning is the best professor.
