Hendricks Awarded National Academy of Sciences Research Fellowship
Marccus Hendricks, an assistant professor in the University of Maryland School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation (MAPP) and an affiliate for the Center for Disaster Resilience, has been awarded an Early-Career Gulf Research Fellowship by The National Academy of Sciences. This unrestricted award will support Hendricks' research—which centers on the role of critical infrastructure in moderating the impacts of environmental hazards and climate change—through tenure.
