What Made You Decide to Attend UMD?
I decided to attend UMD because of the vast opportunities for research, cutting-edge facilities, and great faculty. In addition, I was really excited about the numerous social events and the school spirit, especially during games!
Best Experience with a Class or Project
My best experience was definitely during Mechanics class. We learn different concepts in engineering and get to work with others for assignments. It is really fun to solve problems using engineering principles while working with fellow classmates!

Favorite On-Campus Event
My favorite on-campus event is the First Look Fair. It is where anyone can learn about all the organizations and clubs at the McKeldin Mall. I met so many new friends and got some free stuff!
Favorite Research or Study Abroad Experiences
I have not done any research or studied abroad, but I hope to do so in the upcoming years!
Cool Engineering Experience
I attended a Terrapin Works workshop where I learned more about Arduino. It was really cool to learn how to program a circuit board using resistors, LEDs, and buttons!
