What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
What motivated me to be a ClarkLEADER is the impact that strong mentorship and community had on me when I first joined the Clark School. I want to guide others through the transition to college, especially in a demanding major like engineering, by creating a supportive space where they feel seen, encouraged, and capable of succeeding both academically and personally.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering Students?
Try everything and be open to change. College is the perfect time to explore, whether it’s new clubs, classes, research, or career paths. You might start with one idea of who you are or what you want to do, but being open to new experiences can lead you somewhere even better.
