How did you find the internship/co-op? What was the interview process like? * I found my internship through the Fall 2025 Career Fair at UMD. I started with a Winter full-time internship and then continued on a Fall part-time Co-op. The interview process was smooth, had great conversations with everyone I talked to.
How would you describe the company culture? What was the most helpful thing your supervisor did to make you feel comfortable at the organization? The company culture is very friendly and employee oriented. They are always prioritizing the physical and mental well being of their employees. My supervisor was very present throughout the whole internship, making sure I was learning and felt comfortable with what I was doing.
Did the internship provide a solid education in professional ethics? If so, how? Yes. The company is very well organized and has detailed core processes for everything. There is also online training on multiple technical and professional ethics topics.
