What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
In high school, I was a freshman ambassador which help to introduce incoming freshmen to my high school. So I thought, why not do something like it in college as well!

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering Students?
Don’t let grades define who you are as a student and to get involved, there are so many things to get involved with on campus, especially in engineering!

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
Balloon Payload Program (BPP) & Terps Racing are two to name a couple, but there are so many, so find what fits you!

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I enjoyed getting to know new people! In a new environment it can be hard to meet others, especially if you are shy. So sitting at a table for a little bit with people you’ve never met before is a great chance to start coming out of your shell a little bit!
