What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
To introduce and promote being an active member of the Clark community to new students of the university.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering Students?
Don't be afraid to be present at events and be an advocate for yourself.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is a social professional club primarily for the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department and is an excellent resource for new ECE students. Terrapin Works can give you access to most of the lab equipment you may feel you need over the coming years.

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
I enjoyed most being able to connect with people in the school that I might not have been able to connect with otherwise.
