Advising Availability
Drop-In Advising
Virtual drop-in advising is available for prospective transfer students who wish to meet with an advisor on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Students can log into the drop-in advising by visiting https://go.umd.edu/transfer_advising.
- Mondays from 1PM to 2PM EST
- Wednesdays from 1PM to 2PM EST
- Fridays from 11AM to 12PM EST
The last day of drop-in advising for Fall 2025 will be Friday, December 12th. We will resume drop-ins in Spring 2026.

All prospective transfer students may also sing up for an advising appointment by visiting go.umd.edu/buenaflor or by emailing transfer_engr@umd.edu to request a meeting time.
