What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
Transitioning to UMD from high school can be intimidating to new students. As a ClarkLEADER, I want to create a welcoming environment and help ease students into the Clark School.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering Students?
Don't be afraid to reach out to other students in your classes and form relationships. This can be a great way to make new friends, form study partners, and find groups for projects.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
The Terrapin Rocket Team is a great way to learn about high power rocketry and has varying sub teams. Women in Aeronautics and Astronautics and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics organizes fun and professional events in which you can network and hear from guest speakers.
