What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
I really enjoyed talking with the freshman and giving them advice. I remember when I was first a freshman and I was really nervous at first, but ClarkLEAD helped me realize that we're not in it alone.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering Students?
Make connections, this includes professors, peers, and even alumni if possible.

What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
I think new students should try to branch out from their comfort zone and try some new kind of extracurriculars, like maybe the fencing club. If your interested in research, then you should definitely apply to the First-Year Innovation and Research Experience (FIRE) program here.
