Join the Women in Engineering (WIE) Program at UMD, which supports and empowers women pursuing engineering. WIE offers resources, workshops, and opportunities to help students thrive in STEM.

Learn the basics of FDM 3D printing by creating your own Testudo shell STL file and receive a pre-printed version to take home. 

You will also tour our labs and see demo prints from both additive and subtractive manufacturing.

ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING THEIR OWN LAPTOP, and a mouse is helpful!
