Class of 2028
Major: Bioengineering
Hometown: Olney, Maryland

What motivated you to become a ClarkLEADER?
I wanted to become a ClarkLEADER because engineering is a challenging major and with reassuring words from ClarkLEADERS new incoming freshman’s can be able to avoid common mistakes. Also to be someone any new freshman’s can turn to!
What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering Students?
Always study two weeks in advance even if you think you know the concepts.
What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES), Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC), and Women In Engineering (WIE).
If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
Listening to the upperclassman speak about their experiences throughout their major, and having that reassurance that I wasn’t alone in what I am going to be going though.
