In addition, Terps Thrive is an online women's mentorship program for graduate students offered through the UMD Alumni Association. This online mentorship program will pair young alumni (mentees) with experienced alumni (mentors) on the following three tracks: 

  • Women new to their career
  • Women who work in male-dominated spaces
  • Women of color who work in predominantly white spaces
