TransferLEAD (Learn, Educate, Adapt, Direct) is a yearlong program designed to foster a sense of community among transfer students in the A. James Clark School of Engineering. Participants in the program begin by enrolling in ENES150: Transfer LEAD Seminar I (2 credits).

ENES150 covers topics such as campus resources, student identity development, leadership development, and student outreach. TransferLEADers engage in outreach events with their peers to build a stronger community for transfer students.

  2. SCHOLARSHIP: Transfer LEAD will introduce students to leadership development theories and theories regarding transitions and transfer student self-efficacy.
