Before you can access Careers4Engineers (C4E), you must first have your resume critiqued by the Engineering Career Services Office.
No appointment is necessary for a resume critique. Walk-in hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
We will activate your account at that time.
We strongly recommend that you first attend both the Resume Writing, and Find an Internship/Co-op (or Job Search Tips for International Students) workshops.
If you cannot attend a workshop, be sure to review the information on our website relating to:
Note: New freshmen, transfer and graduate engineering students may request Careers4Engineers activation after the first day of their first semester enrolled in classes.
Before you can apply to job postings in C4E, you must answer some required questions under each tab in My Account and then upload your resume. Be sure to log in periodically to update your contact information, GPA, class standing, etc.
You will use Careers4Engineers to:
- upload your resume and other job application materials
- research employers
- search and apply for job postings
- register for employer-led resume clinics and mock interviews
- request and schedule on-campus interviews
If you encounter a problem when trying to view jobs in Careers4Engineers, it's likely stemming from using an internet browser with the uBlock or uBlock Origins browser extensions. uBlock prevents scripts in CSM from running that are required to correctly display the page. If the students are using uBlock, we recommend you either disable it while navigating Careers4Engineers, or try using a different browser that doesn't have uBlock enabled.
