What advice would you give other UMD engineering students seeking an internship or co-op position? I would advise UMD engineering students to be proactive in applying and networking, as opportunities often require initiative. Don’t be afraid to take on roles that may be outside your comfort zone, as they provide valuable learning experiences. Additionally, leverage the resources at UMD, such as career services and faculty connections, to help land an internship that aligns with your long-term goals.
