How did you find the internship/co-op? What was the interview process like?  I found the internship on Sony's Career website. The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. Initially, I had a phone interview with HR. The questions focused on my motivations for applying to Sony, my career aspirations, and my ability to work in a team environment. After passing that round, I had the opportunity to engage in a conversation with the senior manager, which played a pivotal role in assessing my suitability for the role. This interview was aimed at delving deeper into my technical abilities and how they aligned with the internship's requirements. It provided valuable insights into the technical aspects of the position. In the final stage of the interview process for the internship, I engaged in a technical interview with a knowledgeable team member. This interview was a critical step in evaluating my technical capabilities and how well they aligned with the practical aspects of the role. It provided an opportunity to assess my hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities in a real-world context.

Was there a formal program for all interns at the company? Was peer support available throughout the internship?  Yes, there was a formal program for interns, including orientation, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities. The program aimed to help me integrate seamlessly into the company, gain hands-on experience, and develop a strong foundation. Peer support was actively encouraged, and there were regular meetings and discussions where full-time employees and I could share experiences and insights.
