Maryland Day 2005

On Saturday, April 30, visitors to the university's Maryland Day had the opportunity to explore how the Clark School is changing the world, and see how they could help! Vital outreach projects in developing nations, new technologies for water resources, creative designs for fuel-efficient hybrid vehicles, and even a solar-powered house were featured exhibits.

The Clark School offered tours of high tech labs in the new Kim Building, displays of student projects, games and information sessions as part of the festivities on the 7th Annual Maryland Day, when the university opened its doors to the public for a full day of activities for people of all ages.

The Clark School's activities took place in the "Science & Tech Way" section of the campus. If you missed Maryland Day, you can view the full schedule of activities for details and plan on visiting next year!
