- Hiring an IAESTE intern supports the local community because the program acts in a reciprocal manner. For every student that comes to the United States another from your community can fulfil their hopes of be allowed to go abroad.
- Hiring an IAESTE student is as simple as it would be hiring a local student because they come with all the visas, medical checks, administrative overhead, and housing arrangements taken care of. They also have a local IAESTE chapter dedicated seeing to their well being before and during their stay in our area.
- IAESTE interns come with skills suited to your needs. Competition for students coming to the United States is high. Not only will the Employer be able to set a list of criteria for applicants to meet such as GPA, area and level of study, and additional skills (English proficiency is required from applicants, however additional languages can be selected for if desirable). Furthermore Employers will be able to screen candidates before hand to find the applicant most suited to the job offering with no obligations either way.
- The presence of an IAESTE intern can contribute positively to a work environment. They provide a multicultural perspective. They are often from some of the best technical schools from around the world. They support the development of an international community in the field of the Employer and support international networking.
- Interns pay for their own transportation to and from the United States
