Created by the Society of American Military Engineers, this fund will assist outstanding engineering students on the basis of academic merit and financial need. Students must be registered for the next semester, or if graduated, they must be involved in graduate work. Preference will be given to student members of S.A.M.E. and/or military science group. Recipients must be U.S. citizens or are in the process of being naturalized.

Other eligibility requirements:

Recipients shall be considered on the basis of worthiness and need. Preference will be given to a student that is a military post member. Must be an American citizen or in the process of being naturalized.
