Moniesha Jackson Shorter Scholarship for the Center for Minorities in Science and Engineering

Moniesha Jackson Shorter ’96, M.S. ’20 established the Moniesha Jackson Shorter Endowed Scholarship for the Center for Minorities in Science and Engineering through the University of Maryland College Park Foundation, Inc. This endowed fund will provide merit-based scholarships for students who are involved with the Center for Minorities in Science and Engineering in the A. James Clark School of Engineering for the purpose of enhancing diversity, including but not limited to racial or gender diversity in engineering.
