Created by the Maryland State Firemen's Association to provide a minimum of one four-year scholarship award each year for a resident of the State of Maryland enrolled in Fire Protection Engineering. The award is for tuition and fees and selection criteria is based on high school record, character, and Fire Protection interest of candidates.
