Other eligibility requirements:

Established by the Maryland Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers to support an undergraduate junior or senior civil engineering student. The Chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering or his/her designee will be responsible for the section of the scholarship recipient. The recipient will be selected on the basis of academic merit and financial need. He/she must be a member of the ASCE student chapter, and an undergraduate student with Junior or Senior status.
