The Louai Alassar Current-Use Scholarship in Engineering will provide need-based scholarships for undergraduate students who are majoring in Civil and Environmental Engineering or Computer Engineering in the A. James Clark School of Engineering. Eligible students should have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to students who promote racial diversity in engineering. A scholarship of $10,000 will be awarded annually to one student in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. The Office of Student Financial Aid will administer the fund and select recipients.
