Descriptions:
Shyam Kuttikkad M.S. ’94, Ph.D. ’98 and Sonali Kumar, graduate student in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science from 1994 through 1997, established the Kumar-Kuttikkad Family Current-Use Scholarship in Electrical and Computer Engineering in April 2022. This fund provides need-based scholarships for undergraduate students in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the A. James Clark School of Engineering.

Preference will be given to recipients who are involved in Women in Engineering (WIE), Society of Women Engineers (SWE) or Women in Electrical and Computer Engineering (WECE). All gender identities are able to participate in programs and services offered through WIE, SWE and WECE. The Office of Student Financial Aid will administer the funds and select recipients in consultation with the A.
